Invenia Group is in search of a dynamic and driven marketing professional to fill the role of Product Marketing Manager within a thriving pharmaceutical company. This position involves overseeing a designated product portfolio, with a strong emphasis on achieving excellence in commercial launches and fostering growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, establishing the product roadmap and managing pre-launch, launch, and post-launch initiatives to ensure successful market entry.
- Effectively launch products by collaborating with sales, business development, and regulatory teams.
- Develop, execute, and assess the product marketing strategy, including the establishment of marketing and sales KPIs to meet sales objectives.
- Monitor product performance using analytical tools and launch tracking systems.
- Manage all facets of the marketing mix to optimize market performance, including product positioning, packaging, promotional activities, events, and digital/print/social media initiatives.
- Create and implement engaging marketing campaigns and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
- Formulate compelling product value propositions and budget impact models to support market access and drive demand.
- Maintain and manage content related to products and therapy areas.
- Work closely with the sales team to provide marketing support materials and deliver product training as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills
