Product Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketer to join our team at Spowse. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional campaigns and go-to-market strategies to drive growth in Africa.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute integrated brand campaigns and go-to-market strategies to drive new user growth in Africa.
- Work closely with the Product Manager to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Lead the development of creative assets, ensuring localization across platforms.
- Collaborate with internal media teams and key media partners to build and execute campaign media plans.
- Build and maintain marketing processes, toolkits, and best practices in collaboration with other marketing teammates and cross-functional teams.
- Track and measure campaign success, leading communication with internal and external parties, and facilitating regular check-ins with team leads.
- Prepare presentations and clearly communicate findings from initiatives to management, to the broader organization, and on occasion, leadership teams.
- Provide oversight and support to junior contributors on the team, enabling the best work of others on the team.
- Manage relevant marketing budgets to deliver work on time and within budget.
- Experience in large brand campaign management with an understanding of communications and media planning.
- Experience and knowledge of marketing in a tech environment.
- Experience driving customer acquisition and growth through the implementation of digital and traditional media strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, management, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with media and creative agencies.
- Experience developing campaigns with disruptive and innovative GTM approaches and testing new media opportunities.
- Solid knowledge of consumers, with a demonstrated experience utilizing consumer research and data to drive actionable insights to inform marketing strategy and improve the consumer experience.
- Experience managing multiple campaigns at the same time and working with many different internal and external teams to ensure we are launching our programs seamlessly, and to the highest impact.
- Strong budget and project management skills, attention to detail and communication.
- A track record of high-performing digital campaigns against relevant benchmarks.
- Understanding of social networking, dating, or other digital-first platforms and a strong believer in Spowse's brand vision and values.
- Ability to take the initiative in handling projects and anticipating needs.
- Positive, committed, 'can-do' attitude and flexible approach.
- Able to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives.
