The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will oversee a diverse talent roster, managing the entire process from identifying new influencers to onboarding, event hosting, and executing campaign deliverables. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate a strong affinity for YunoJuno among our core talent audience, ensuring they have a remarkable experience and are eager to engage further.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior management in the formulation and implementation of YunoJuno's innovative global talent strategy.
- Manage relationships with a wide array of industry contacts, including talent agents, influencers, and internal teams, ensuring our content strategy aligns with our target demographics.
- Oversee your designated talent pool to maintain exceptional relationships and ensure ongoing engagement with key industry contacts.
- Facilitate comprehensive talent management processes, including briefings, negotiations, contracting, and timely content delivery.
- Assess project requirements to identify and propose relevant talent that aligns with our brand vision.
- Create and present talent proposals tailored to specific projects.
- Regularly update and manage internal talent documentation.
- Utilize our talent management platform to ensure accurate servicing of content briefs.
- Support business reporting on talent-driven initiatives that align with broader marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to strategize on expanding YunoJuno's talent community for optimal outcomes.
- Coordinate talent casting for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with YunoJuno's brand identity.
- Work with the legal team to develop and maintain talent-specific contract templates.
- Ensure compliance with legal guidelines in all talent partnerships.
- Assist in managing press showroom appointments with your designated talent pool to enhance product visibility.
- Engage with peers and stakeholders to ensure effective execution of departmental processes and project briefs.
- Contribute to analytical post-campaign reporting on talent-driven initiatives.
- Coordinate budgets with internal teams to maintain financial forecasts.
- Act as a passionate advocate for talent within the organization, keeping abreast of industry trends.
