Working within RMC (Recruitment, Marketing and Communications), the role will support the Marketing Manager (Undergraduate) to deliver the annual marketing plan and achieve student recruitment objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital content strategies to engage target audiences and drive student recruitment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and disseminate marketing materials, including website content, email campaigns, and social media posts.
  • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising and social media promotions.
  • Provide ongoing website updates and maintenance to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Support the delivery of marketing activities that communicate a consistent message, meet brand guidelines, and adopt the appropriate tone of voice for diverse audiences.

Requirements

  • A degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A passion for marketing and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Experience with digital content creation, including writing, design, and video production.
  • A marketing qualification or a commitment to working towards one is desirable.
