The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital marketing strategy, managing a team of two existing members of staff, and spearheading our marketing activity. This will include lead generation, campaign management, and tracking all paid and organic marketing activity through our marketing ecosystem.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong focus on both b2b and b2c environments, with experience in SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience in people management in a marketing environment and be able to work closely with our external digital agency.

The role is offered on a hybrid basis, with four days in the office, and a salary of £38-40,000 depending on experience. We offer private healthcare and a company bonus scheme, as well as the opportunity to learn and grow with our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement our digital marketing strategy
  • Manage a team of two existing members of staff
  • Spearhead our marketing activity, including lead generation and campaign management
  • Track all paid and organic marketing activity through our marketing ecosystem
  • Work closely with our external digital agency

Requirements:
