Job Description: Marketing Administrator
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Marketing Administrator to join our team at a leading multi-channel marketing agency in Nottingham. This is a great opportunity to work on exciting campaigns with a top UK brand.
- Receive briefs from various departments for projects and campaigns
- Develop compelling copy based on initial briefs
- Collaborate with external design agencies and print suppliers
- Utilize CRM systems to manage campaign workflow
- Work closely with different teams to ensure projects are delivered on time
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and remain calm under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Deliver exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Attention to detail and excellent administration skills
- Ability to take ownership of projects and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
