Job DescriptionWorkwell International is a well-known Employer of Record and a global contractor management organisation that provides customised solutions to its clients.

We seek a highly driven and outcomes-orientated Business Development to join our team in the City of London.

As a Business Development Manager, your main responsibility is to bring in new recruitment agencies currently not working with us and develop and build the relationship.

Skills, knowledge, and experience required

  • Always act in a manner which promotes Workwell International's reputation as the leading provider of compliant management solutions to the world's best recruitment agencies
  • Understand all aspects of sales within Workwell International at a high level so they can be promoted to clients
  • Secure new client relationships
  • Grow the number of active clients
  • Grow the number of active contractors
  • Regular communication with new clients
  • Create and maintain database records (CRM)
  • Attend industry events/seminarsEnsure that Workwell International's Core Values are demonstrable and upheldEssential requirements for the role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
