About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Universal Business Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with main contractors and developers, ensuring our company is recognized as a trusted partner in façade and cladding solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor products, and new business opportunities.
  • Sales and Partnerships: Deliver impactful sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients, and conduct face-to-face meetings with client contacts to optimize opportunities for engagement and project development.
  • Product Development and Launch: Promote and sell new products to existing clients and assist with the launch of new product concepts.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies and support new product development while ensuring excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Face-to-Face Visits: Conduct a minimum of 16 face-to-face visits per week, including site-bashes.
  • Site-Bash Visits: Achieve at least 4 site-bash visits per week.
  • Contact Calls: Make a minimum of 20 contact calls per week.
  • Office Presence: Office presence required on Mondays, with the remainder of the week field-based.

  • Valid Driver's Licence: Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively across the UK and Ireland.
