Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop early-stage technology commercialisation projects
- Negotiate and communicate with stakeholders to navigate the commercialisation process
- Work collaboratively with academic staff to develop and commercialise projects
- Develop and implement business growth strategies for start-ups and spin-outs
- Minimum first degree or equivalent in an engineering or physical science-related discipline, with a strong AI, robotics, or CS component
- Experience and success in technology commercialisation, preferably in a university technology transfer environment
- Entrepreneurial and innovative mindset, with experience working in start-up environments or advising on product development and growth strategies
- Negotiation, communication, and organisational skills to navigate the commercialisation process
- Competitive salary of £48,000 to £58,000 depending on experience and qualifications
- Performance-related pay scheme of up to 10% of salary
- Generous holiday allowance (31 days & 8 Bank holidays)
- Flexible and hybrid working arrangement (2 days in the Central London office per week, 3 days WFH)
- Private healthcare and defined contribution pension scheme with up to 16% contribution from us
