The Professional Property Services Administrator's role is built upon organisation within a fast-paced environment to issue accurate rent reviews, handle any project enquires and coordinate with project teams. As part of a small team of 3, including you, you will work closely with our Tenants as well as internal stakeholders in our Finance, Tenanted and Surveying teams.

Duties & Responsibilities: Provide project and admin support for our varied property portfolio End-to-end administration of our rent review process through our designated system and coordination with finance teams Handle and respond to all project enquiries, assisting with remedial action in an efficient and timely manner
Maintain and update all project records, from initiation to post-completion documentation Raise and process orders and purchase invoices Coordinate project team members to schedule project team meetings and correspondence Administer information flow to key stakeholders including but not limited to minutes of project meetings Additional admin support for the professional property team (rates, deeds, statutory documents etc.) Provide support to the wider property team where required The Ideal Candidate: Proactive, organised, and meticulous with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with contractors and colleagues confidently and effectively Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively to deliver within time parameters Effective delivery within a team and individually, with the ability to adapt to changing needs Maintain high standards and deliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholders Strong IT literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant scheduling software Property management experience is desirable but not essential Knowledge of the CAFM system and Statutory Compliance is desirable but not essential
