The role of Property Administration Coordinator is centered around maintaining organization in a dynamic environment, facilitating accurate rent assessments, addressing project inquiries, and collaborating with project teams. As a key member of a compact team of three, you will engage closely with our tenants and internal partners in Finance, Tenancy, and Surveying departments.

- Full-time working hours: 08:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
- Provide administrative and project support for our diverse property portfolio
- Oversee the complete administration of the rent review process using our designated system, coordinating with finance teams
- Address and manage all project inquiries, ensuring timely and efficient resolutions
- Maintain and update all project documentation from initiation through to post-completion
- Process orders and manage purchase invoices
- Coordinate project team members to arrange meetings and communications
- Administer information flow to key stakeholders, including minutes from project meetings
- Provide additional administrative support for the professional property team (including rates, deeds, statutory documents, etc.)
- Assist the broader property team as needed
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with contractors and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently with minimal oversight
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing requirements
- Commitment to maintaining high standards and delivering exceptional service to all stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant scheduling software
- Experience in property management is advantageous but not mandatory
- Familiarity with CAFM systems and statutory compliance is a plus but not essential
