Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Faversham Medical Practice. As an Administrative Assistant (Ophthalmic) / Receptionist (Care Coordinator), you will provide administrative support for our Ophthalmology services and assist with various administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for Ophthalmology services, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing patient records.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Work closely with the Community Services Manager, Office Manager, Finance Manager, and Business Manager to ensure smooth operation of the practice.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, staff, and visitors.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements

  • GCSE grade A to C in Maths and English.
