Support Specialist for Autistic Adults

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Specialist to join our team at the Kent Autistic Trust. As a Support Specialist, you will work closely with autistic adults, providing personalized support to enable them to live fulfilling lives.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with individuals who may require support with daily tasks, such as personal care, medication administration, and household management. You will also provide emotional support and help individuals develop their independence and confidence.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- A passion for working with autistic adults and a commitment to providing high-quality support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A willingness to learn and develop your skills through specialist training and coaching
