You will also need to be flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills in areas such as autism, mental health, and learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with autism, mental health issues, learning disabilities, and related difficulties in their daily lives
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to promote independence, choice, and inclusion
  • Work closely with the team to ensure that each individual's needs are met and their rights are respected
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals, promoting their well-being and quality of life
  • Administer medication and assist with personal care and hygiene
  • Drive a mobility car or service vehicle (manual license required)
  • Work with individuals who may display challenging behaviors and mental health issues
