Senior Residential Care Manager

About the Role:
The Kent Autistic Trust Careers is seeking an experienced and professional Registered Home Manager to lead a Registered Adult Service in Swale.
The service offers superb, purpose-built modern residential accommodation for 5 autistic adults, providing a safe and secure environment where they can express their individuality through meaningful activities.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine desire to ensure that our tenants can maximise their unique development needs, participating in a wide range of activities such as walks along the coast, going out for dinner, baking, working on the service's allotment, cycling, and chatting about their own interests.
The role requires a hands-on leader who can commit to ensuring that our tenants receive the highest standard of care and support, operating 24/7 with three shift teams comprising earlies, lates, and night support staff.

- Maximise tenants' unique development needs through meaningful activities
