Job Title: Professional Property Services Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Professional Property Services Administrator. As a key member of our property team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for our varied property portfolio, ensuring the smooth administration of our rent review process, and providing exceptional customer service to our tenants and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for our property portfolio, including maintaining and updating project records, raising orders and purchase invoices, and administering information flow to key stakeholders.
  • End-to-end administration of the rent review process, including coordination with our tenanted and finance teams.
  • Handle and respond to all property-related enquiries, assisting with remedial action in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Liaise with third-party contractors, local authorities, and utility companies to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider property team, including rates, deeds, valuation, and statutory documents.
Requirements:
  • Proactive, organized, and meticulous with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with contractors and colleagues confidently and effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively to deliver within time parameters.
  • Effective delivery within a team and individually, with the ability to adapt to changing needs.
  • Maintain high standards and deliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.
  • Strong IT literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant scheduling software.
