Job Title: Professional Property Services Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Professional Property Services Administrator. As a key member of our property services team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth administration of our property portfolio and ensuring tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for our property services team, including end-to-end administration of the rent review process and coordination with our tenanted and finance teams.
  • Handle and respond to all property-related enquiries, assisting with remedial action in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Maintain and update all project records, including acquisition and disposal activity, and raise orders and purchase invoices.
  • Administer information flow to key stakeholders and liaise with third parties, including local authorities and utility companies.
  • Provide support to the wider property team, including rates, deeds, valuation, and statutory documents.
Requirements:
  • Proactive, organized, and meticulous with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with contractors and colleagues confidently and effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively to deliver within time parameters.
  • Effective delivery within a team and individually, with the ability to adapt to changing needs.
  • Maintain high standards and deliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.
  • Strong IT literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant scheduling software.
