We are seeking a skilled Regional Property Manager to join our team at Shepherd Neame, Britain's oldest brewer. As a Regional Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and developing our regional portfolio of pubs across Kent.

In this role, you will work closely with our team of Surveyors and CAFM support professionals to ensure the smooth operation and continued enhancement of our distinctive and diverse Kent pub portfolio. You will provide specialist advice and effective resolution management in relation to property repairs, maintenance, sustainability, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include ensuring our properties are compliant, well-maintained, and fit for purpose, preparing scheme designs and detailed schedules for refurbishment and capital projects, and managing monthly repair and maintenance budgets. You will also coordinate regular review meetings with our Tenants and Business Development Managers to ensure maintenance, dilapidation, and compliance works are completed within agreed timescales and to the highest quality.

We are looking for a professional with a property-based degree qualification or equivalent, RICS/CIOB qualified or similar, and experience in a similar role. You should be observant and proficient in identifying, rectifying, and escalating hazards promptly, with a passion for promoting and supporting a best-practice culture. You will be a friendly and approachable communicator with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
