As a Property Services Administration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient administration of our diverse property portfolio while enhancing tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive project and administrative support for our diverse property portfolio.
- Oversee the complete administration of the rent review process through our designated systems, collaborating closely with finance teams.
- Address and manage all project inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Maintain and update all project documentation, from initiation through to post-completion.
- Process orders and manage purchase invoices efficiently.
- Coordinate with project team members to schedule meetings and manage correspondence.
- Facilitate the flow of information to key stakeholders, including taking minutes during project meetings.
- Provide additional administrative support for the professional property team, including handling rates, deeds, and statutory documents.
- Extend support to the broader property team as needed.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A proactive and meticulous approach, with a strong focus on accuracy and detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with contractors and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Proficiency in multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
- A collaborative spirit, with the ability to adapt to evolving needs.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards and delivering exceptional service to all stakeholders.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant scheduling software.
- Experience in property management is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with CAFM systems and statutory compliance is a plus, though not essential.

As Britain's oldest brewer, Shepherd Neame has been an independent family business for over 300 years, based in Faversham, Kent. We pride ourselves on our award-winning visitor center and our extensive network of pubs and hotels across London and the South East. Our team comprises around 1,500 members across our pub estate and over 270 at our Brewery and Support Office.
