Randstad Construction and Property is one of the leading firms in the UK, recognized for excellence in developing new residential properties, including houses and apartments.
Project Overview:
This role is part of a multi-phase residential development project that is expected to continue for approximately three more years.
Role Responsibilities:
As the Site Traffic Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Collaborating with the Project Manager, Site Manager, and Assistant Site Manager.
2. Overseeing contractor parking in accordance with site safety protocols.
3. Managing traffic flow during delivery operations on-site.
4. Ensuring the security of barriers and the integrity of site hoarding and fencing.
Please note that this position does not involve welfare responsibilities.
Candidate Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need:
1. A current and valid CSCS card.
2. A Traffic Marshall / Vehicle Banksman qualification.
3. Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory.
