We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to lead our production team at Karimix UK Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring the highest standards of Health and Safety and product quality.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable leadership skills to effectively manage the production team, optimising output, coordinating resources, and resolving any challenges related to customer, team or system issues.
Key responsibilities include creating and delivering the production plan, scheduling the right resources to maximise efficiency to meet customer demands within agreed timescales.
Additionally, you will drive and maintain equipment effectiveness and reliability, continuously improving performance across all areas of the production facility.
Motivate and develop the Karimix team, assisting the Site Director with the delivery of the team's Performance Reviews.
Oversee the onboarding of new starters, providing training and guidance ensuring correct processes are followed.
Ensure compliance with Quality, HACCP, and safety standards to produce safe, high-quality products, while maintaining a safe working environment.
Requirements include a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Production or Operations Management role within the food industry, strong knowledge of Food Safety Regulations, and HACCP Level 3/4 Food Safety qualification or equivalent.
Exemplary leadership, interpersonal and relationship building skills are essential for this role.
Job Type: Full-time, Monday – Friday, Fixed term 12 month contract.
Salary: £00 per year (Depending on skills and experience).
