At Premier Inn, we're looking for a skilled Hotel Chef to manage our kitchen team in Faversham and deliver exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead a high-performing kitchen team and take ownership of food preparation, cooking, and presentation standards.
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase the best of British cuisine, using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
  • Work closely with our hospitality teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control.
  • Continuously improve kitchen efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
