Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to join our team at Consult Construct Ltd. The successful candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field and experience working in a QS role for a consultancy or contractor.

The ideal candidate will be competent to work independently, with good knowledge of building construction and solid experience in cost estimating/planning, tendering, contract, and cost management.

  • Measuring and estimating
  • Production of cost estimates
  • Cost reporting

Average salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum depending on location and experience.
