What you’ll be doing:

  • The successful candidate will join the Infrastructure Engineering team as a Team leader managing an expert team in the infrastructure field ranging from application support, operating systems to networks
  • You will have responsibility for delivering new enabling capabilities as a hand on team lead, developing and delivering systems and services, resolving infrastructure support issues, and maintaining, managing, and optimising the overall performance and availability of the infrastructure

  • Whilst technology-delivery is core to our role, so too is the appreciation of how we enable the business and service availability

  • Report to higher management on performance and escalate when needed

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor

  • Experience in the Installation, configuration & support Microsoft Windows Server, or Linux operating systems

The IT Infrastructure & Support team:

Would you like to work within our Shared Services working on application support and projects that come to us providing the IT infrastructure & Support for the Company? We currently have a vacancy for an Infrastructure Team lead. As an Infrastructure Team Lead, you will be involved in the day-to-day management and monitoring of services and their supporting infrastructure components. The bespoke individual IT systems are managed using an ITIL Framework and principals and you will be responsible for the investigation of arising issues, resolved against the defined Service Level Agreements.
