About the Role
In this role, you will report to the Principal Building Services Engineer and play a key role in:
- Assisting or leading the creation of various documents and design concepts for projects that support land, sea, and air operations, as well as personnel training and production & maintenance facilities.
- Collaborating with a high-performing team to deliver construction and facilities management projects, ensuring appropriate engineering support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Overseeing external design consultants and specialists, inspecting construction works, conducting surveys of existing infrastructure, and preparing technical reports to present findings.
- Conducting inspections and reporting on construction site matters.
- Taking on leadership responsibilities within the team.
Your Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree or HND in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Chartered Engineer status or actively working towards it.
- NEBOSH or a relevant Health & Safety qualification.
- A background in Mechanical Building Services design.
- Familiarity with Revit is preferred.
