Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Minstrell Engineering. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical or mechanical engineering and experience in automation and manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake essential maintenance works, both planned and reactive, to minimize downtime and ensure the site runs smoothly.
* Work with a wide range of PLC driven machinery and have a strong understanding of automation and manufacturing processes.
* Collaborate with the engineering department to identify and implement improvements to maintenance procedures and equipment.
Requirements:
* Level 3 or above in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
* Recognized apprenticeship in automation or manufacturing
* Excellent communication and self-motivation skills
* Experience in distribution, FMCG, automation, manufacturing, and related fields
