Maintenance Specialist

At Minstrell Engineering, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our engineering department on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical or mechanical engineering, with a Level 3 qualification or above.
The purpose of this position is to undertake essential maintenance works, both planned and reactive, to ensure the site runs smoothly and downtime is minimized. This is a fully automated facility with a wide range of PLC driven machinery, requiring a multi-skilled individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Undertaking planned and reactive maintenance works to minimize downtime
- Working with PLC driven machinery and automation systems
- Collaborating with the engineering team to identify and implement improvements
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
