Maintenance Team Leader

Envirocare Maintenance Solutions is seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join their team at their Leyland depot. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supervising grounds maintenance operations, ensuring high-quality results, and meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate grounds maintenance teams to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to meet client requirements
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in grounds maintenance or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel
- DBS check and first aid training
