CareTech Group is seeking a skilled maintenance specialist to join our team. As a Crafts Team member, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and maintenance of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all areas of the environment are safe, welcoming, and in good repair.
  • Provide high-quality record keeping and reports related to site maintenance.
  • Participate in regular audits of quality systems and address any issues.
  • Undertake regular inspections and address works from contractors that fall below standard.
  • Ensure compliance with national regulations and inspection standards.
  • Manage maintenance workloads and provide effective and proactive works.
  • Liaise with the Regional Facilities Manager on larger projects and seek assistance with technical matters.
  • Identify projects to improve the image, functionality, and operational efficiency of the facility.
  • Ensure projects are completed within program and areas occupied by contractors are left in good condition.
  • Manage the upkeep of the grounds.
