Lead IT Support Specialist

Nextech Group Ltd is seeking a Lead IT Support Specialist to ensure the seamless functionality of IT systems while delivering technical assistance to the internal IT department.

You will be responsible for managing critical 3rd Line support requests and guiding them to resolution.
  • Deliver 2nd and 3rd Line Support across various technical domains.
  • Collaborate with the IT Manager to oversee the deployment, planning, and maintenance of both software and hardware.
  • Proactively manage Active Directory, Office 365, Group Policy, user accounts, and file security permissions.
  • Supervise IT initiatives, partnering closely with the IT Infrastructure Manager to execute effective technical solutions.
You should possess practical experience with Windows 10/11 system administration.
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of Windows Server, Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, and IP configuration.
  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills along with a flexible work approach.
  • Be proactive and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
