This position entails a combination of hardware and software troubleshooting responsibilities, ensuring efficient resolution of technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with hardware issues, including but not limited to label printers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software-related inquiries.
- Act as the primary contact for IT-related concerns.
Preferred Qualifications:

- Windows Server Operating Systems
