About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Education Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to students in Maths, English, and Science.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to each student's learning style
  • Assess student progress, identify areas for improvement, and record achievement levels using our internal reporting system
  • Collaborate with educational stakeholders to ensure student support and success
  • Adhere to KCSIE and safeguarding guidelines

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in tutoring or supporting students with additional educational or pastoral needs
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Proficiency in IT skills and access to a laptop/computer with audio-visual capabilities
  • Reliable broadband and internet connection
