About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Education Recruitment Specialist to join our team at the Supporting Education Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building relationships with schools and teachers, and matching talented educators with schools and pupils.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delight customers through strong relationship building and delivery of best quality teachers and support staff.
  • Proactively build and develop your own candidate database and match them to the right roles (permanent or temporary).
  • Maintain a personal touch through regular face-to-face client visits, high impact sales conversations and ongoing engagement with key decision makers.
  • Meet and exceed agreed targets and objectives.

About You

We are looking for a highly enthusiastic perpetual learner who is passionate about the difference education can make in the world. You will be great at talking to people and written communication, and have a project management mindset. You will also be curious and inquisitive, and thrive on listening to people and understanding their backgrounds, needs and aspirations.
