Key Responsibilities:
The Clinical Skills Specialist will be responsible for:
* Developing and delivering clinical skills training programs for multi-professional audiences
* Working alongside ED nursing staff to provide 1:1 clinical teaching with guidance and supervision
* Contributing to the quality control aspects of Education, ensuring that standards required of the Educational governance from the Health Education East of England are maintained
* Collaborating with the Practice Development Nurse to develop and facilitate new clinical skills training programs

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency medicine, with experience of mentoring or supervising staff. They will also possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve their full potential. In addition, they will be able to demonstrate enthusiasm for own and others' personal and professional development.

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000-£70,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave entitlement.
