The ideal candidate will have relevant ED experience, with a proven track record of mentoring or supervising staff. They will also possess excellent written communication skills, with the ability to lead by example and challenge bad practice. Additionally, they will be able to demonstrate enthusiasm for own and others' personal and professional development.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting adult and paediatric nurses working in the Emergency Department. The successful candidate will be based in a clinical area, where they will work alongside ED nursing staff to provide 1:1 clinical teaching with guidance and supervision. They will also contribute to the quality control aspects of Education, ensuring that standards required of the Educational governance from the Health Education East of England are maintained.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave entitlement.
