Specialist Clinical Psychology Service Manager

**About the Role**
We are recruiting a Principal Clinical Psychologist to work within our Bedfordshire and Luton Complex Needs Service. The post holder will be responsible for providing highly specialist clinical psychology services to adults with complex emotional needs, including those transitioning from acute inpatient care.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mentalization-based treatment (MBT) and experience working with multidisciplinary teams. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, carers, and colleagues.
This is a full-time or part-time position, with a minimum of 22 hours per week. The salary range for this role is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum.
