About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our psychology team at East London NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide assessment and intervention services for adolescents and their families.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in neuropsychological assessment and targeted psychological interventions, particularly third-wave CBT. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to work effectively with diverse groups of stakeholders, including service users, families, and healthcare professionals.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,859 - £67,059 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including access to ongoing professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a comprehensive pension scheme.

The ideal candidate will have a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or its equivalent, and a minimum of one year's post-qualification experience working with children and adolescents. They will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and relationship skills, analytical and judgemental abilities, and the capacity to adapt their approach according to need.
