As a key member of FleetCor Technologies, Inc.'s Airline Division – TA CONNECTIONS team, the Crew Accommodations Agent plays a vital role in ensuring seamless travel experiences for our clients' crew members. This dynamic position requires efficient handling of booking requirements through our proprietary system CrewHub (CrewRez), along with effective communication and conflict resolution skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Crew Accommodations Coordination: Book and oversee all hotel accommodations and ground transportation bookings for flight attendants, pilot crews, ad-hoc crews, and other non-crew airline employees.
  • Escalation Management: Handle emergency relocations of crew members, collaborating closely with shift supervisors to ensure timely resolutions and minimize disruptions.
  • Resource Optimization: Ensure that all necessary tools, systems, and resources are accessible and operational, promptly reporting any issues to shift supervisors.
  • Incident Reporting: Report incidents professionally to the TA Connections Supervisor on shift and/or Operations Management, maintaining transparency and accountability.
  • Attendance and Policy Compliance: Maintain impeccable attendance, punctuality, and adherence to company policies and the Employee Handbook.
  • Support and Special Projects: Assist the Account Management Team, IT, Billing, and Commission Collections departments with data gathering, research, and troubleshooting, as well as work on special projects assigned by management.
