Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced operational planner and controller to join our TUI Operations Control Centre (TOCC) team. As an operational planner and controller, you will be responsible for the planning, delivery, and control of airline operations within the operational control window. This is a key role within our organisation, requiring a high level of expertise and attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective operational plans that meet the needs of the business.
  2. Manage and coordinate airline operations, ensuring timely and efficient flight schedules, crew rotations, and aircraft movements.
  3. Analyse and resolve operational issues, providing data-driven solutions to minimise disruptions and optimise performance.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including pilots, cabin crew, and ground staff, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field, such as aviation, logistics, or operations management, and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of airline operations, fleet management, and regulatory requirements is essential.
