Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a skilled High Risk Building Control Specialist to join their team in Luton.
Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced professional with substantial experience in Building Control, particularly working on Class 3 building types. As a High Risk Building Control Specialist, you will undertake Building Control functions on High Risk Buildings, supervising other inspectors and making decisions on assessments.
Responsibilities- Assessment and Implementation: Assess dangerous structures and implement immediate remedial works to ensure public safety.
- Caseload Management: Manage and evaluate a caseload of developments, examining plans and carrying out site inspections to identify potential risks.
- Registration and Competency: Be registered with the Building Safety Regulator as a building inspector and demonstrate competency to work on High Risk Buildings without supervision.
As a High Risk Building Control Specialist at Rise Technical Recruitment, you will receive a competitive salary of ££45,000 - £60,000 per annum, enhanced holiday and pension package, and a strong work-life balance. Our ideal candidate has post-qualification experience in restricted activities and functions, enforcement, and substantial experience in Building Control, working on Class 3 building types.
