Job Title: Aircraft Parts Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Aircraft Parts Coordinator to join our team at Forward Assist Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the station is compliant with internal and external regulatory requirements regarding the receipt, storage, and issue of aircraft parts and equipment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Aviation Logistics/Stores, with knowledge of Goods in inspection and airworthiness certification being an advantage. You will also possess a high level of IT literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft systems, especially Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the receipt, storage, and issue of aircraft parts and equipment.
  2. Maintain accurate records of stock levels and inventory management.
  3. Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulatory requirements.
  4. Coordinate the return of unserviceable material to airlines.
  5. Collaborate with engineers and other departments to ensure smooth operation.

Requirements:

  • Secondary school level education.
  • Excellent English in both verbal and written form.
  • Previous Aviation Logistics/Stores experience is preferred but training can be given to the right candidate.

Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Benefits: On-going training provided as required.
