Job Summary:

The Digital Safety Governance Lead at easJet Airline Company PLC is responsible for managing the relationship between the Digital Safety team and the business. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping the company's information security strategy and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with business leaders to provide guidance and advice on information security matters.
  • Support the development of the company's information security strategy, ensuring it meets business needs while maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Analyze and mitigate information security risks, working closely with the Digital Safety Technical Security team.
  • Coordinate risk-based decision-making processes, utilizing a risk register to track and manage identified risks.
  • Collaborate with the Data Protection Officer (DPO) to ensure effective management of Data Privacy requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Information Security Management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex information security risks and develop actionable recommendations.

Salary Range: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum.
