Job Description: As an operational planner and controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our airline. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective operational plans, managing and coordinating airline operations, analysing and resolving operational issues, and collaborating with internal stakeholders. You will work closely with our TOCC team to ensure that all flights depart on schedule and that any disruptions are minimised.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and coordinate flight schedules, crew rotations, and aircraft movements to ensure optimal efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Monitor and analyse operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including pilots, cabin crew, and ground staff, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  4. Develop and implement contingency plans to mitigate the impact of disruptions, such as weather events or technical issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field, such as aviation, logistics, or operations management, and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of airline operations, fleet management, and regulatory requirements is essential.
