Crew Travel Manager

FleetCor Technologies, Inc.'s Crew Accommodations Agent is a critical role within our Airline Division – TA CONNECTIONS, requiring strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate travel arrangements for our clients' crew members. This challenging position involves managing multiple stakeholders, resolving conflicts, and ensuring seamless operations.
Responsibilities:- Accommodation and Transportation Booking: Coordinate and book hotel accommodations and ground transportation for flight attendants, pilot crews, ad-hoc crews, and other non-crew airline employees.
- Emergency Response: Manage emergency relocations of crew members, working closely with shift supervisors to resolve issues efficiently.
- System Maintenance: Ensure that all necessary tools, systems, and resources are accessible and operational, reporting any technical issues to shift supervisors promptly.
- Incident Reporting: Report incidents to the TA Connections Supervisor on shift and/or Operations Management, maintaining transparency and accountability.
- Adherence to Company Policies: Comply with company policies and the Employee Handbook, demonstrating professionalism and integrity.
- Support and Collaboration: Assist the Account Management Team, IT, Billing, and Commission Collections departments with data gathering, research, and troubleshooting, as well as contribute to special projects.
The estimated salary range for this role is $70,000 - $95,000 per annum, reflecting the complexity and demands of the position. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement planning, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
