Your Role:
As the Regional Operations Excellence Manager – UK South, you'll oversee regional cabin services strategy, crew management, and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include engaging with crews, providing support, and addressing challenges on the spot. You'll also drive strategic policy implementation and collaborate with HR and Crew Services to ensure operational excellence and alignment with our low-cost model.

What Your Day Will Look Like:
  • Engage with Crew: Regularly fly with cabin crew to gain firsthand insights, provide support, and address challenges.
  • Lead by Example: Inspire and motivate your team by setting clear objectives and celebrating achievements through recognition and engagement activities.
  • Drive Strategy: Collaborate with HR, ER, and Crew Services to implement policies that support operational efficiency and align with our business goals.
  • Enhance Customer Experiences: Monitor KPIs and customer satisfaction data to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service.
  • Support Team Development: Conduct one-on-one meetings, provide regular feedback, and identify opportunities for skill enhancement and career growth.

Salary & Benefits:
This is a full-time role based in Luton, Bristol, Birmingham, Southend. Salary is approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per year, depending on experience. We welcome applications from people from all backgrounds as part of our ongoing commitment to having a diverse team.
