Job Summary:
Earn a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per year as a Customer and Communications Manager at easyJet holidays. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team shaping customer communications and ensuring every interaction is clear, engaging, and true to our tone of voice.

About the Role:
This full-time position is based near Luton Airport and involves working across teams to create fresh, on-brand communications for customers. As a key member of our 24/7 on-call roster, you will help handle incidents or disruptions. The ideal candidate has excellent written and spoken German and great communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
  • Create content for emails, text messages, chatbots, and our website supporting customers across the UK, Germany, and Switzerland.
  • Develop smooth and market-relevant translations for our German-speaking customers.
  • Work closely with the Customer Communications Manager to ensure seamless communication across teams.

Requirements:
  • Fluency in German (written and spoken).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in copywriting, marketing, customer comms, or content creation.
  • Familiarity with CMS systems like Sitecore and email template building is a plus.
