Achieving Daily Sales Goals:

* Preserve merchandising displays and ensure counter hygiene standards.
* Act as a role model and encourage colleagues to achieve agreed standards.
* Undertake regular marketplace analysis to identify areas for improvement.

Merchandising and Visual Display:

* Countering merchandised to Marketing guidelines and updated maintenance communicated to SEE.
* Ensure all VM, counter hygiene and brand guidelines are communicated and adhered to.

Education and Development:

* Complete self-learning of e-learning/onboarding modules as set out by counter manager.
* Achieve a high-touch personalized Clinique Travel Retail service to all our customers.
* No. Skin Schools completed: Service provided to customers.

Skills and Qualifications:

* Passion for Clinique Brand.
* Ability to learn quickly and comply with company standards.
* Effective communication, organizational and prioritization skills.
* Ability to work independently, under pressure and self-motivated.
* Ability to work Travel Retail hours including 4am starts, evening, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
* Previous experience in retail.
* Previous management experience within similar roles.
