About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Training Manager to lead our UK & Ireland sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional pre-sales engineering support, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage your expertise to provide top-notch technical guidance to customers and partners.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills of our sales engineers and trainers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution, project management, and industry engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest security industry developments to drive innovation and growth.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with:

  • A degree in Engineering or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • No less than 5 years of people leadership experience, with a focus on developing high-performing teams.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing teams with an engineering background.
  • Experience in the security, CCTV, or related industries.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
