Program Overview

The program is designed for individuals with a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (e.g., software engineering, computer science, electronics/electrical engineering). You will work on various projects, including embedded systems, power electronics, software, and mechanical design, under the guidance of experienced engineers and leaders.

A typical day in this role involves:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation
  • Developing and implementing cutting-edge solutions to complex engineering challenges
  • Mentoring junior colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge

We offer a competitive salary package of approximately £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, dependent on location and experience. Additional benefits include a company car, pension scheme, and discounted food.

To succeed in this program, you should have a strong academic background in engineering, relevant work or internship experience, and flexibility to relocate within the EMEA region. Our comprehensive relocation support includes assistance with housing, language training, and cultural adaptation.
