About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative at Teleios Recruitment, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will work in a fast-paced environment, processing customer orders in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers, providing excellent service and resolving any issues that may arise

• Process customer orders efficiently and effectively

• Perform administration duties, including data entry and telephone work

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers

About You:

• You will have experience working in a similar role and possess a manufacturing background

• You will be a highly motivated, self-disciplined, and adaptable individual with excellent organisational and communication skills

• You will be competent in all Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• You will have experience with CRM systems and practices

• You will be able to communicate effectively at all levels and possess excellent time management skills

• You will be able to work well under pressure and be flexible in working hours for seasonal peaks
